Mix Haus was founded by Shirley and Pippa in Perth, Western Australia in 2021. The idea was born out passion and the desire to grow in an industry that lacked support and representation for women in the hospitality industry.
Our core mission is to create an inclusive and safe platform to support our community of women in hospitality through education, training, networking and workshops. With an aim to sustain and create more opportunities for women to conquer in our industry.

Co-Founder & Director
Shirley Yeung
With a career spanning over a decade of experience in almost every aspect of the industry, Shirley is one of Australia's best bartenders with an array of awards to go along with it.
She has extensive experience working alongside national brands in the food and drink space. She is currently the Group Operations Manager for Foxtrot Hospitality Group in Perth, WA.
Co-Founder & Secretary
Pippa Canavan
Recognised as one of Australia's top bartenders, Pippa has a career spanning over a decade of experience in the industry from Perth to Edinburgh.
She is the co-owner and operator of Bar Love in Perth, WA and has been awarded multiple accolades and recognition from her industry peers.
